At EDU-PET, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your registration for our seminar. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below to ensure you understand your options: Cancellation by Registrants: Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [edupetmarketing@gmail.com]. Refund Policy: Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the seminar date will receive a full refund, minus a [processing/administration fee]. Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the seminar date will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the seminar date are not eligible for a refund. Transfer of Registration: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the seminar with the new attendee’s details. ​Cancellation by EDU-PET: Event Cancellation or Postponement: If the seminar is canceled or postponed by EDU-PET due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date. Notification: In the event of cancellation or postponement, registrants will be notified via email as soon as possible. Additional Information: Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for registration.
