In certain cases, service providers using our B2B platform (e.g., pet boarders, groomers, or veterinarians) may upload government-issued identity documents of pet parents (such as Aadhar, PAN, or Driver’s License) for verification or liability purposes. While Pettle facilitates the secure storage of these documents on behalf of the service provider, we do not access, verify, or use this data ourselves. Such data is governed by the service provider’s privacy policy and subject to our terms of service.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or health data related to pet parents. We may store health-related data related to pets, which is not classified as sensitive personal data under applicable law.
